Join Us as a Customer Success Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist with a strong background in CRM tools, specifically WebEngage, to lead our customer success efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client onboarding, creating and executing campaign strategies, and improving customer retention and conversion rates. You will play a key role in developing comprehensive marketing campaigns while optimizing customer engagement through CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management (WebEngage): Leverage WebEngage to create, monitor, and optimize customer journeys and campaign workflows.

Customer Success: Ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes by driving successful implementations and long-term satisfaction.

Client Onboarding: Lead and manage the customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and clear communication throughout.

Campaign Strategies: Design, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns focused on conversion and retention, delivering measurable results.

Campaign Conversion & Retention: Continuously track campaign performance to improve conversion rates and boost customer retention through effective communication and engagement strategies.

Data-Driven Marketing: Utilize data insights to optimize campaign performance and identify areas for improvement in customer engagement

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (Sales, Product, etc.) to ensure alignment on customer expectations and outcomes.

CRM Tool Integration: Manage and optimize the use of CRM tools to enhance customer experience and drive marketing results.
