Technical Support Executive

Job Summary: Provide technical assistance to users by troubleshooting and resolving network issues.

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues (network).

• Provide remote and in-person support to users.

• Document solutions and update technical manuals.

• Train users on IT best practices.

• Assist with IT projects and upgrades.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.

• Familiarity with computer systems, networks, and software.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Previous tech support experience.
