Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a product strategy that drives higher user engagement and activation.
• Optimize user onboarding, account setup, KYC process and investment journey, reducing friction at every step.
• Enhance platform usability by building intuitive, high-performance features across Web & Mobile.
• Leverage data & behavioral insights to drive adoption and increase customer lifetime value.
• Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams to ship impactful products.
• Lead A/B testing, experimentation, and feature rollouts, ensuring measurable impact on key metrics.
• Prioritize, define, and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of Product Management experience (preferably in fintech, investing, or BFSI).
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, onboarding, KYC and conversion optimization.
• Experience with Web & Mobile App development and cross-platform user journeys.
• Data-driven decision-making with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, MoEngage, or Amplitude.
• Hands-on experience with Retool, SQL, API integrations, and product automation tools.
• Ability to balance business priorities, customer experience, and technical feasibility.
• First-principles thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Bonus (Preferred):

• Experience working in regulated financial products (SEBI, RBI compliance).
• Exposure to investment platforms, trading, KYC or financial data APIs.
• Understanding of custodian services, asset management, or investment workflows.
• Prior experience in growth-focused product roles optimizing conversion funnels.
