Position Purpose:
Executive Support to CEO will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our management information systems (MIS) while providing actionable insights through advanced business analytics. This position will work closely with the top management team, ensuring data integrity and delivering key insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency. This position will help steer strategic decision-making processes by providing accurate, timely, and insightful data analysis
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain an effective MIS framework to ensure accurate reporting and data availability across the organization.
- Manage data flows and integration across various SaaS platforms and business systems.
- Ensure data quality, security, and governance across systems.
- Develop custom dashboards and reports for top management to monitor KPIs and business performance.
- Perform in-depth data analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions and growth strategies.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in large data sets to predict future performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze key business metrics, including customer acquisition, churn rates, lifetime value (LTV), and SaaS-specific performance indicators (MRR, ARR, CAC, etc.).
- Partner with product, sales, marketing, and finance teams to provide data-driven recommendations that align with organizational objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to top management and other key stakeholders.
- Simplify complex data and analytical findings for non-technical audiences, ensuring that insights are understandable and actionable.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics, data management, or MIS roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience with SaaS metrics and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or HubSpot.
- Working knowledge of CRM, ERP, and other business systems.
