Job Description
- Collect and process data from diverse sources for reports and dashboards.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure integrity and accuracy.
- Design and develop MIS reports based on needs.
- Manage and maintain the companys MIS infrastructure.
- Oversee the creation and management of secure databases.
- Ensure database performance, security, and backup processes.
- Perform routine system checks and updates to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions for quick reference.
Minimum of 6 months to 3 years of experience as a MIS & Support Executive
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Excel or SQL.
- Familiarity with MIS systems and database management.
- Strong understanding of IT support practices and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and systems administration.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective user support and training.
