Mis Executive

Job Highlights:

Proficiency in excel for data analysis, reporting and Knowledge of ERP & P2P Process. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate & timely MIS reports using advanced excel skills.
• Create and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data in a clear and concise manner.
• Execute GRN/SRN processes within the ERP system.
• Manage & update vendor KYS & vendor onboarding in ERP System.
• This role involves maintaining business critical information and working with Managers/leaders to generate periodic MIS reports as well as support other operations activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support for business initiatives.

* Qualifications: *

- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in MIS, financial analysis, or a related role, preferably within SCM.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL is an added advantage, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Knowledge of P2P process & supply chain finance principles and practices is a plus.Role & responsibilities
