- Gather detailed software system requirements from clients and users.
- Create clear and concise documentation of client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to rely & offer ongoing support and clarification on client requirements throughout the development process.
- Research and analyze software solutions, staying current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
- Manage software deployments, technical support, client coordination, & documentation.
Minimum of 6 months to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- knowledge of software development, data analysis, and tools like SQL and Excel.
- Able to analyze processes, find improvements, and develop solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Skilled in preparing clear and concise documentation.
- Works well with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Capable of researching industry trends and new technologies.
