- Skilled in lead generation and online marketing tools.
- Familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
- Experienced with word processors and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledgeable in online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Proficient in phone, email, and instant messaging communication.
