A. HR & Admin - Roles & Responsibilities (Palladam - TN)

1. HR Policies

2. End to End Recruitment

3. ISO documentation and co-ordination with MR for ISO compliance across the branches /

sites.

4. Statutory Compliance Factories Act, Shop & Establishment Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity,

Contract labour and other applicable Labour Laws

5. Drafting letters and initiating for Disciplinary actions
6. Verification and Processing all Vendor bills pertaining to all the sites.

7. Employee engagement and welfare activities

8. Attendance and payroll verification

9. Supporting other HR & Admin activities.

B. Accounts Executive - Responsibilities & Profile (Palladam - TN)

1. Accounting entries in to Tally

2. On-line bank payments

3. Knowledge on TDS,GST,SAP,Ms Office,

4. Age 23-28 years Male candidates only - in and around Palladam & Tirupur will be preferred

5. B.Com., with tally experience (3-5 years)

6. Salary as per industry standards

A. HR & ADMIN - Preferred candidate profile (Palladam - TN)

A. Graduate / Post Graduate in HR & Admin

B. 5 Years TO 10 Years experience in general HR & Admin activities and Labour laws
C. Good in MS Office, Excel - Pivot Table, V-Look up, H-Look up

D. Languages - Tamil, English & Hindi an added advantage

E. Male candidates - Age - 28 Years to 33 Years immediate joiners.

F. Candidates in and around Palladam & Tirupur - Tamilnadu will be preferred
