Training and Development of Staff:
Training and Skill up gradation of process of Casual Employee:
Responsible for yearly Appraisal of employees, Performance Review: KRA system and MPCP (Managing point and checking point), Leading the moderation exercise, promotions and salary rationalization and re-designation decisions.
Provide Support & facilitate business/ functional leaders on various people matters & HR processes.
Collaborate to achieve P&L objectives and employee engagement.
Driving and deploying Employee Engagement, cultural environment and working norms and execution of HR policies.
Carried out Talent Management program consisting, Talent Identification, Key Position identification, Various Development activities, monitoring of progress by review and Follow ups, Talent show in presence of Top and Senior Management, Career progression, creating a Talent Database for future staffing decisions, Succession and Retention Plan.
Managing effective employee life cycle and transactions. Monitoring accuracy in Workday for employee database, Compensation and Benefits policy / structure.
Ensuring timely compliances of all statutory requirements under different labour Laws. Renewal various licenses/filing of returns. License with external agencies, government authorities including Labour department, Health and safety, PF, ESIC, etc.
Employees counseling, grievances handling and disciplinary.
Supervision of Wages and Salary administration and related statutory compliances.
Hands on exposure of outsourcing the complete payroll and related statutory compliances activity to third party for all business locations and ensuring the timely and accurate deliverables.
Companywide Health and Safety Initiatives and ensuring meeting safety guidelines and requirements. Periodical safety Audits and necessary preventive and corrective measures.
Successfully implemented contract labour Management.
Carried out Succession planning Exercise in coordination with Group HR& Organization Development Director to Guarantee future leaders to the Company and be able as a Company to react to any situation.
