• Responsibilities:

• To make a plan for Internal Audit and Conduct Audit as per Plan.
• To conformation a plan for Customer Audit and Support for Customer Audit.
• To conformation a Plan of 3rd Party Audit and Support for Customer Audit.
• To conformation a Plan for PPAP Audit Support for Customer Audit.
• To make a plan for Product & Process Audit and Conduct Audit as per Plan.
• To make a Plan for Internal MOM and conduct MOM with help of Top Mgt.
• To prepare document of IATF16949:2016 & ISO9001:2015 Audit.
• To prepare document of Mace Audit (VSA).
• Support for Customer Audit, third Party Audit and Internal Audit.
• Prepare Master List of Documents.`
• Maintain Control of documents. & Documents issue and Revision History maintain.
• Ensuring that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
• To prepare document of Customer create MOM and reply with evidence.
• To insure all document under him have timely updated as per system/Management required
• To review on all project requirements (CFT Based) in line with Customer Milestones.
• Provide training on Quality issues.
• Maintain the Standard Operating Procedure content and coordinate the issuing of these documents.
• Providing Training to Operator to reduced & control on rejection & rework.
• Daily RED BIN analysis of process to control rejection & rework.
• To insure only required instrument/gauges in required quantity & calibration systemic arranged at reach & every process under him.
• To Prepared SPC, MSA, PPAP, WI Producers, Audit Report.
• Prepared all Related Chart to Quality: - Pareto Chart,Scatter Diagram, PPM sheet, Quality Alert, WI, and SOP etc.
• To insure prevention of NC products forwarded to next process as well as customer.
• To Work at Cost of Poor Quality.
• Responsible for maintaining 5s.
• Implementation of various KAIZEN &POKA-YOKA.

• QMS Development and Implementation:
• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust QMS that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the QMS is integrated into all business processes and functions.
• Conduct regular QMS audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.

• Quality Assurance:
• Overall quality assurance activities, including inspections, testing, and verification.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of quality issues.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality problems.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance.

• Regulatory Compliance:
• Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001, IATF, or other applicable standards.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to address compliance issues.

• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and development opportunities to team members.

• Risk Management:
• Identify and assess quality-related risks.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and control risks to minimize their impact on quality.

• Qualifications & Exp. :
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or MBA) preferred.
• Min. 4+ years of experience in quality management roles, preferably in Plastic Industry. *Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of quality management tools and techniques, such as Six Sigma, Lean, and ISO 9001, IATF.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency in quality management software.
