Senior HR Executive and Administrator

We are hiring for a skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR operations, with a proven track record of managing particularly Zoho People, and handling employee lifecycle. This role requires a proactive professional who can ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Manage and maintain the Zoho People and payroll platform, including employee data, attendance, and leave management modules.
• Configure and customize Zoho People workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet organizational needs.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, tax deductions, statutory compliance, and final settlements.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations related to payroll and employee management.
• Collaborate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve HR-related issues efficiently.
• Monitor and report HR metrics, such as attrition rates, attendance trends, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct audits of payroll and HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Provide training and support to employees on Zoho People usage and HR policies.
