Key Responsibilities:
1.As a KAM, you will be at the forefront of GrayQuest's growth in your assigned region. Your role will encompass:
2.Expanding Partnerships: Drive the acquisition of educational institutions (K-12 schools, universities, colleges) and grow our footprint in the region.
3.Sales Leadership: Set up and own the sales process in your region, leading the conceptual selling of our financial solutions to education partners.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a clear roadmap for growing partnerships and achieving aggressive acquisition targets.
4.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at educational institutions to secure long-term collaborations.
5.Revenue Generation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate partnerships and generate revenue from them.
6.Forecasting & Achievement: Own the sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenues, and achieve targets consistently.
7.Team Building: Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to support the region's growth ambitions.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial, and high-energy individuals who are ready to take on a leadership role in driving GrayQuest's growth. The ideal candidate will have:
1.Educational Background: MBA or undergraduate degree preferred, but an outstanding track record, aptitude, and drive can stand in.
2.Startup Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to grow with a high-impact organization.
3.Ambition & Growth-Oriented: A hunger to scale personally and professionally alongside the organization.
4.Problem-Solving Attitude: A "can-do" mindset to tackle challenges and achieve results with resilience and creativity.

6.Relevant Experience (Preferred but not mandatory): Prior experience in B2B SaaS, payments, or financial services sales.
