No job security. They fire the employee once their season is off. They mass hire at the beginning of season which is march to june After the season they'll fire you saying you're not productive. Worst organisation in my 4 year experience. I'll never recommend to join grayquest.

The company laid of employees without prior notice. Despite on boarding us, they failed to provide proper guidance, our career growth opportunities. Due to the lack of experienced mentors. When we reached concerns about feeling undervalued and unsupported by our managers, the HR asked us time of two days, for her response and actionbut instead terminated us for no reason.
