Key Responsibilities :
1. Grow distribution and market share in the assigned region in terms of educational institution (schools/colleges/universities) partnerships
2. Growth Strategy: develop and execute strategic plans for target achievement, identify and
develop efficient growth strategies, forecast revenues, analyze competition, and maintain a focus
on growing our consumer base
3. Driving Business: Concept Selling of our financialservices productsto the K12 Schools/Universities and Educational Institutions, planning account activation.
4. Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with senior management at companies and educational institutes.
5. RevenueGeneration: Responsible for generating revenue by activating partnerships in collaboration with our B2C team.
6. Strategy Planning: Create a strategic road map and execution plan for acquisition of new clients.
7. Sales Forecasting and target achievement: Take complete ownership of the salesprocess, forecast sales for specific periods and generate the targeted revenues.
8. Team Building: Being able to build, lead and inspire a team that will aid in the growth of our operations in a particular region.
Key Requirements:
1. An MBA or from a Tier 1 Undergraduate degree be preferred, howeverwe are open if the candidate shows the drive/desire and the aptitude
2. Startup ethosis an absolute must
