Disbursements Executives

Role & responsibilities :

• Disbursement Processing: Process disbursement requests promptly and accurately while

adhering to established procedures and guidelines.

• Verification: Verify the accuracy and authenticity of disbursement requests, ensuring all

necessary documentation is in order.

• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of disbursement transactions and re-executions for future reference and audit purposes.
• Communication: Communicate with internal teams and external parties as necessary to

facilitate the disbursement process.

• Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and

industry standards in all disbursement activities.

• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to

disbursements promptly and effectively.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on disbursement activities, including

disbursement status and potential issues.
