Head - Last Mile Operations - Rider Operations (8-15 yrs)

Ideal Candidate:

1. Someone who has built "1 to 10" - Last mile operations.

2. Someone who understands ground-level nitty-gritties of LM ops.

3. Capable to build fleet-manager teams, fast build rider fleet.

4. Last mile operation role involved purely rider on board which is the most important role.

5. Retain them through the best completive perk and benefit as per other competitor.

6. Preference guys from quick Commerce ( 10 to 30 minute ) space.

Key deliverables:

1. Scale 1 Lakh OPD

2. Build 4.5+ star delivery experience for customers

3. Leverage company's dense store network (20+ stores in a city) to operate at lowest (below 30) rider-CPO.

4. This is a High-Ownership role and an opportunity to build something unique, starting from East India.
