Key Responsibilities.
Channel Strategy Development:.
- Design and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to expand revenue streams and market reach.
Partner Management:.
- Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners.
- Develop joint business plans to achieve mutual goals and ensure partner success.
- Monitor and support partner performance to optimize outcomes.
Sales Enablement:.
- Equip partners with tools, training, and resources for effective product sales.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure sales competency and product understanding.
Revenue Growth:.
- Set aggressive sales targets and drive revenue through channel partners.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to identify and act on growth opportunities.
Team Leadership:.
- Build and lead a high-performing channel sales team.
- Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to achieve organizational objectives.
Market Expansion:.
- Identify and explore new markets for channel expansion.
- Increase the company's presence in under-penetrated areas.
Reporting & Analytics:.
- Track and report on channel performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates to the executive team on channel progress and strategic initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align and execute channel initiatives seamlessly.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales leadership roles with a proven track record of success.
