Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Create and execute a high-performance outbound telesales strategy to fuel growth.
- Define measurable KPIs and set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic outbound telesales team.
- Inspire and mentor team members to achieve and exceed their goals.
Process Optimization:
- Design streamlined telesales workflows and scripts for different customer segments.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to enhance team productivity and customer outreach.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks for seamless operations.
Customer Acquisition & Retention:.
- Drive efforts to convert leads into loyal, long-term customers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies and campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:.
- Analyze sales data to spot trends, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
- Provide detailed performance updates and insights to the executive team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:.
- Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to influence product enhancements and service improvements.
Qualifications.
- Proven experience in leading high-performing outbound telesales teams, ideally in a startup environment.
- Deep understanding of sales funnel optimization and CRM tools (e. , HubSpot).
