Role Overview
As a Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing and maintaining reliable service delivery across your cities. Acting as the micro-CEO for your markets, you will focus on building both the supply and demand sides of the marketplace. A key aspect of the role is ensuring seamless order fulfillment and creating a positive experience for customers and delivery partners alike. Your ability to identify and resolve marketplace challenges, while collaborating with supply, product, marketing, and other supporting teams, will drive growth in your assigned regions. Strong leadership skills are essential for motivating your team, guiding them, and consistently delivering results.
Job Responsibilities:-
Revenue and Growth:-
- Own and achieve aggressive revenue (P&L) and ride (growth) targets.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of products and market dynamics to identify key target segments.
Business Strategy:-
- Assess business needs and recommend product improvements to boost market penetration.
- Devise and optimize customer pricing, discounting strategies, and partner incentives using data-backed ideas and competitive market assessments.
Team Leadership:-
- Build, nurture, and grow a high-performing team, offering mentorship and guidance to develop future leaders.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, analyze key metrics, and implement appropriate interventions aligned with the company's values and practices.
Collaboration:-
- Partner with technical and product teams to address bugs or introduce features to enhance the delivery partner experience.
- Collaborate with central operations to implement geographical or product-level changes to improve customer experience.
Job Requirements:-
- 4-8 years of overall experience.
- MBA from a Tier-1 institution with 2-3 years of operations or relevant experience preferred.
- Exceptional project and people management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with limited resources and strict timelines.
- Passionate, results-oriented, and action-driven.
