About the role
Key Responsibilities
ï‚•
Primarily responsible for Outsourcing of Organic Manure Mixture (OMM) from 3rd Party
Manufacturing Units and Maintaining product consistency of the Product as per the
Fertiliser Act
ï‚•
ï‚•
Should have complete knowledge about OMM
Updating of Fertiliser Acts and adopt Raw Material/Packing Material specifications as
guided by Fertiliser Control Order (FCO) Act
ï‚•

Complying with Regulatory Standards
Aligning Internal stakeholders for OMM Sales with complete Product details.
Should be a challenging person to establish OMM Business into next level.
Should be able to travel PAN India based on business request.
Analyse the Market Competition and Consumer Awareness
Technological Advancements and Innovation

Who are we looking for?
Education:
ï‚•
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Agriculture from a reputed University or any discipline
Experience:
ï‚•
2 to 3 years in organic manure sales
Skills:
ï‚•
ï‚•
ï‚•
Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes & agri-industry
Working experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP MM)
Strong communication skills
