Grade Senior Executive Reporting to Lead – Portfolio Analytics & Model Governance Location Mumbai (Vikhroli) Function Analytics & Business Intelligence

Job Purpose The role will be responsible to support and provided data-driven insights to enhance decision-making processes related to the entire lending portfolio of Godrej Capital group companies. This role will focus on analysing portfolio performance and identifying risks across various lending products.

Job Description The role shall have the following detailed aspects: Risk Identification: Assist in identifying and evaluating risks associated with the overall lending portfolio across multiple products, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. Support the presentation of identified risks and other insights in senior management forums.

Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses of portfolio performance by leveraging traditional and non-traditional data sources, including internal performance data and external datasets such as bureau scrubs and market insights.

Reporting & Visualization: Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau and MS Excel) to present insights clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders

Monitoring Tools: Support the development and maintenance of automated monitoring tools that provide real-time insights into portfolio health and enable proactive risk identification.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including risk, policy and underwriting to ensure alignment on analytics initiatives for continuous portfolio monitoring Qualification & experience •

Qualifications – B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA

• 2-3 years of experience in SQL, Python, R, Tableau. Knowledge of statistical analysis and usage of AI will be an added advantage
