Location: Vikhroli East, Mumbai (Head Office)

Role & responsibilities:

1. Position Management:

• Manage all day-to-day HR operational activities including employee data management and maintenance of personnel records, running transfers and issuing Bonafide letters.
• Primary point of contact for all position modifications and creations.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information within HR systems (HRIS) as per agreed process and timelines.
• Co-ordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes.

2. Employee Transfer Management:

• Administer the transfer process for employees within the organization, including coordination between departments and managing necessary documentation.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with employees regarding transfer status, timelines and requirements.
• Share transfer letter with the employee and coordinate with payroll team for inputs.

3. Bonafide Letter Administration:

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Bonafide letters as requested by employees, ensuring they meet the organization's standards.
• Primary point of contact for employees needing Bonafide letters and providing guidance on documentation requirements.

4. Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure all HR processes, including transfers and issuance of Bonafide letters, comply with relevant labour laws and company policies.
• Handle sensitive employee data and documents with confidentiality, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Assist with the preparation of any necessary reports or compliance documents related to internal employee transfers or certificates.
• Assist in internal / external audits with regards to transfers / Bonafide letters & position management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have 1+ years of strong experience in BGV, Vendor Management & Advanced Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
• Knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and pivot tables to analyze and visualize data.
