Hr Operations & Onboarding specialist

✅ Manage the entire onboarding process, including documentation, background verification, and induction.
✅ Coordinate with hiring managers and IT/admin teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
✅ Conduct orientation sessions and introduce new hires to company culture, policies, and benefits.
✅ Ensure all necessary documents (offer letters, ID proofs, bank details, etc.) are collected and verified.
✅ Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS.
✅ Address employee queries related to onboarding and initial joining formalities.
✅ Continuously improve onboarding procedures to enhance the employee experience.
