Job Title: Senior Java Developer (DXC Programming)

Work Mode: Remote but willing to travel to office if required client will pay (Vietnam: will be in client office)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Java Developer with expertise in DXC programming, responsible for development, delivery, and ongoing support in the life insurance implementation domain. The candidate should have significant experience working with Java platforms, full-stack development, and integrating solutions with the DXC platform. The role will involve developing programs, managing resources, and ensuring the impact of each programming change is well understood across modules to provide holistic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate solutions into the DXC platform for life insurance implementation projects.
• Manage the complete development cycle, having worked on at least two full cycles of life implementation projects.
• Produce detailed reports, documents, and program developments while ensuring clarity and completeness in documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to co-develop programs and ensure smooth integration into the platform.
• Understand and manage the impact of programming changes across different modules, ensuring a holistic solution.
• Provide dedicated support to resolve issues and ensure system functionality.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in Java development, with strong experience in DXC programming.
• Proficiency in full-stack development and a deep understanding of DXC architecture.
• Ability to complete at least two full cycles of life implementation projects.
• Strong integration skills, with the ability to integrate programs into the DXC platform effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage resources and provide comprehensive solutions.
• Self-disciplined and dedicated to delivering high-quality work within project timelines.
