Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst and Senior QA professional with expertise in implementing the DXC Java-based platform for life insurance projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of requirement analysis, design, and delivering solutions to clients. This role will also involve testing programs on the full DXC platform during product launches, ensuring that all modules work seamlessly. The candidate must have experience in managing resources, finding gaps in requirements, documenting effectively, and providing comprehensive solutions for each module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement analysis, design, and implementation for DXC Java-based platform projects in the life insurance domain.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects by understanding client needs and providing solutions based on the DXC platform.
• Complete at least two full cycles of development in life insurance implementation projects.
• Collaborate with teams to test and validate programs on the DXC platform, ensuring that all modules function correctly before product launch.
• Identify gaps in requirements, document them clearly, and ensure that all aspects are addressed in the final solution.
• Manage resources and guide co-developers in achieving project goals.
• Understand the impact of programming changes across modules and provide end-to-end solutions rather than isolated fixes.
• Provide dedicated and disciplined testing and quality assurance to ensure high-quality program delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance within the context of DXC Java platform implementation.
• Strong experience in requirement analysis, design, and delivering solutions for life implementation projects.
• At least two complete development cycles of life implementation projects.
• Expertise in identifying gaps in requirements and documenting them clearly.
• Proficiency in testing and validating programs on the DXC platform, particularly during product launches.
• Ability to manage resources and collaborate effectively with co-developers.
• A deep understanding of how programming changes impact modules and ability to provide holistic solutions.
• Self-disciplined and dedicated to delivering high-quality work and maintaining client satisfaction.
