Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead with expertise in implementing Life Insurance core systems. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully leading implementations in the life insurance domain, with a focus on term policies, universal policies, and unit-linked plans. This individual will provide guidance on the overall process of life insurance, assist in customization, and manage project timelines. The role involves direct interaction with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Map Life to deliver detailed product implementation plans and oversee the entire project process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Life Insurance core systems.
• Oversee a team and work closely with the PM/COO to report on project status, challenges, and milestones.
• Provide expert consulting on life insurance processes, ensuring successful implementation of both standard and customized solutions.
• Guide the COO and other stakeholders on digital asset strategies to enhance business operations.
• Develop detailed implementation plans and advise on cross-selling and up-selling strategies to leverage customer relationships.
• Share expertise on how to effectively implement life insurance systems for mid-scale insurers providing term policies, universal plans, and unit-linked products.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in life insurance core system implementation.
• Deep understanding of life insurance product types, including term policies, universal policies, and unit-linked plans.
• Proven ability to guide implementation processes and provide expert advice on system customization.
• Strong leadership and consulting skills, with the ability to advise C-suite executives on strategic initiatives.
• Experience working with insurance companies to enhance digital assets and maximize business growth through cross and up-selling techniques.
