Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with over 7 years of experience in Java, Core Java, Spring Framework, and Object-Oriented Design (OOD). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions while adhering to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Java Development
• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using Core Java principles.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure smooth application performance.
• Spring Framework Expertise
• Develop and implement backend solutions using the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.).
• Manage dependency injection and application configuration using Spring modules.
• Ensure integration with APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Object-Oriented Design
• Apply Object-Oriented Design principles to create scalable and maintainable software.
• Design and implement patterns such as Singleton, Factory, and Observer as needed.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to OOD principles and standards.
• Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and front-end developers, to meet project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in Agile processes such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Performance Optimization
• Identify bottlenecks in application performance and implement solutions.
• Conduct testing and implement optimizations to improve application speed and reliability.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Core Java and Java-based frameworks.
• Strong expertise in the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of Object-Oriented Design principles and patterns.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools like Hibernate.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with micro services architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Certification in Java or related technologies (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer).
