Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in DXC programming to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-stack development, Java platforms, and DXC architecture, particularly in the life insurance domain. The role involves developing, integrating, and supporting solutions on the DXC platform, and ensuring that the programming impact across modules is well-understood to provide complete and efficient solutions. The candidate should also have experience managing resources and working on at least two complete life implementation project cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate programs into the DXC platform for life insurance implementation projects.
• Manage the development process and provide guidance on programming solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Produce high-quality reports, documents, and developments, ensuring clarity and completeness in documentation.
• Lead and co-develop programs, working with a team of developers and managing resources efficiently.
• Analyze and understand the impact of programming changes across different modules and provide comprehensive, holistic solutions.
• Provide dedicated support for troubleshooting and system optimization.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in Java development, with strong expertise in DXC programming.
• In-depth knowledge of full-stack development and the DXC platform architecture.
• Proven experience in successfully completing at least two full cycles of life implementation projects.
• Strong skills in program development and the ability to integrate solutions into the DXC platform.
• Excellent resource management and teamwork skills, with the ability to guide co-developers and lead by example.
• Ability to understand the impact of each programming change and provide a comprehensive solution across modules.
• Self-disciplined and dedicated to delivering high-quality work within project timelines.
