Success Factor EC Senior Consultant Payroll

Job Summery:

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated payroll experts to support us during the pilot and rollout phase of global payroll solutions (focus on EC Pay). This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in solution design and implementation, product management, service management, and payroll delivery. The candidate will play a crucial role in establishing a new service, ensuring efficient delivery while driving product development and managing customer relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect country-specific EC Payroll requirements from our entities and define the data model (global vs. local including EC integration).
• Set up P2P Integration and UI Mashup with EC and EC Time.
• Set up BTP Standard iFlow / Custom iFlow and ALE integrations to other systems.
• Set up EC payroll instances, including the required interface to other tenants.
• Analyze and map CSRD reporting requirements for CPI Integration in our reporting system (currently SFA).
• Collaborate closely with EC, EC Time, Entities, and
• various departments to set up global payroll processes as required.
• Train employees on how to use the EC Payroll system.
• Monitor system performance and carry out necessary updates and improvements.
• Troubleshoot and assist users with system issues.
• Create reports and analyses on system performance.
• Consult on implementations/integrations with
• third-party payroll systems, when required (the actual implementation will be performed by third-party vendors).

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and managing payroll systems.
• Analytical thinking and experience in setting up global and country-specific data models.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
• Advanced MS Office skills, with high proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Very strong technical skills and experience with HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with good prioritization skills.
• Proactive and independent working style, with the ability to deliver high-quality results even under time pressure.
• Experience in an international environment, with excellent cross-cultural skills.
• SuccessFactors Associate certification in EC and EC Pay; Professional Certification Preferred.
