Job Description: Dell Boomi and Mulesoft Engineer (2-3 Years Experience)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dell Boomi and Mulesoft Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Dell Boomi and Mulesoft platforms. This role supports our operations in Germany and requires someone capable of working remotely while maintaining close collaboration with our global and German-based teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Development:
• Design and develop scalable integration solutions using Dell Boomi and Mulesoft.
• Ensure the seamless flow of data between systems such as ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
• Configuration and Customization:
• Configure connectors, data mapping, and integration workflows in Dell Boomi and Mulesoft environments.
• Customize integration solutions to meet business needs.
• Support and Troubleshooting:
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively and promptly.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with German-based stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align integration solutions with business goals.
• Documentation:
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integrations, including workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Best Practices:
• Follow industry best practices for integration architecture and data security.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency:
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Dell Boomi and Mulesoft integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SOAP, REST, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in data transformation, mapping, and orchestration techniques.
• Development Skills:
• Knowledge of Java, Python, or other scripting languages used in integration.
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and query optimization.
• Problem-Solving:
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot integration workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Communication:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required; German language proficiency is a plus.
• Tools and Platforms:
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools for integration workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Dell Boomi or Mulesoft is highly desirable.
• Prior experience working in an international team.
• Knowledge of GDPR compliance and data privacy regulations.
