Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power BI Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The role requires proficiency in data visualization, reporting, and data modeling using Power BI. You will work on developing dashboards, integrating data from multiple sources, and collaborating with stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to implement effective data visualization solutions.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and scalability.
• Create and maintain data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Power BI-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Power BI.

Required Skills:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Power BI development.
• Proficiency in creating interactive and visually appealing dashboards.
• Strong understanding of DAX and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with data integration and transformation.
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
• Ability to work in a hybrid work mode and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other BI tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
• Exposure to Azure Data Services is a plus.
