Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant with 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and managing the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions to address client needs, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, build workflows, and ensure seamless platform integration with third-party systems. This position also involves maintaining platform stability, performing upgrades, and driving automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. ServiceNow Development and Customization:

• Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet client requirements.
• Build and maintain Service Catalogs, Service Portals, workflows, and custom applications.
• Develop and troubleshoot client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.

2. Implementation and Platform Management:

• Implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
• Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Ensure the platform is stable and operates efficiently by resolving incidents and defects.

3. Integrations and Automation:

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Configure and deploy automation workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and support handovers for users and administrators.
• Collaborate in an agile environment to deliver high-quality deliverables within deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform, including scripting (JavaScript), UI customization, and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, or similar.
• Knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with external systems and setting up MID Servers.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or other modules.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities in a hybrid work environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Educational Background

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
