Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect with at least 3 years of experience to design and implement robust, scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and other core applications, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This role requires a strong technical foundation, problem-solving capabilities, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-value ServiceNow solutions in a hybrid work setup

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design and Architecture:
• Design scalable, high-performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Create and maintain architectural blueprints for platform modules, integrations, and custom applications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in platform configuration and customization.
2. ServiceNow Implementation and Customization:
• Implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others based on project needs.
• Develop workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance operational efficiency.
• Customize UI policies, client scripts, and business rules to align with business processes.
3. Integration and Automation:
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and the Integration Hub.
• Design and implement automation workflows to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
• Ensure platform data security and compliance during integrations.
4. Platform Maintenance and Optimization:
• Monitor platform performance and recommend enhancements for better efficiency.
• Conduct platform upgrades and patch management to ensure system stability.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to resolve platform-related challenges.
5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, including system designs, user guides, and training materials.
• Lead workshops or training sessions to support end-user adoption of the platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
• Proven experience with ServiceNow platform development and customization.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, or other enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript), workflows, and UI customization.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM or other modules.
• ITIL Foundation Certification is an advantage.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality solutions in a hybrid environment.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
