SAP EC Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SAP EC Consultant with expertise in Employee Central, specifically in Time Off management, and a strong background in at least two ECC implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing SAP Employee Central solutions to streamline HR processes, focusing on Time Off functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration:
Design, configure, and implement SAP Employee Central (EC) solutions, with a focus on Time Off management.
Integrate Employee Central with SAP ECC systems to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.
Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, including system setup, testing, and go-live activities.
Time Off Management:
Configure Time Off policies, workflows, and accrual rules in SAP Employee Central.
Customize Time Off modules to meet specific business requirements and compliance standards.
Provide expertise in setting up and managing various types of leave (e.g., vacation, sick leave, parental leave).

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP EC Consultant, with a focus on Time Off management.
At least two ECC implementations, demonstrating a strong understanding of integration between SAP ECC and Employee Central.
