SAP RMK Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP RMK Consultant with a strong background in SAP Recruitment Management and at least two ECC implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP RMK solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP ECC.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP RMK Consultant, including at least two ECC implementations.
Proven expertise in configuring and implementing SAP Recruitment Management solutions.

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of SAP RMK and its integration with SAP ECC.
Experience with SAP Recruitment Management modules and related functionalities.
Proficiency in SAP configuration, data management, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and implement SAP Recruitment Management (RMK) solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
Integrate RMK with SAP ECC to ensure smooth data flow and alignment between recruitment and core HR processes.
Set up and manage recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate tracking systems.
Lead and manage SAP RMK implementation projects, from planning through to successful go-live.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document recruitment requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and integration.
Provide ongoing support for SAP RMK, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to recruitment processes.
Monitor system performance and optimize RMK configurations to enhance user experience and efficiency.
Develop and maintain documentation for RMK processes, configurations, and user guides.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to SAP RMK functionalities.
Stay up to date with SAP RMK updates and industry best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
