Quality Manager

JOB PURPOSE

To help create and sustain a culture of seamless knowledge sharing, collaboration, idea generation & implementation across business functions; to ensure effective deployment and execution of 5-pillar KM strategy and Idea Management System with the focus to support strategic initiatives at DIAL to meet the business goals; along with the measurement of the effectiveness of KM interventions on a regular basis.

GMR Konnect (KM Portal):, Managing the intranet web portal; ensuring the right kind of knowledge documents on the portal and effective use of collaborative features that the portal offers.

Masters with specialization in Knowledge Management/Mass Communications/Marketing/IT

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

5+ with at least 2 years of working experience in Knowledge Management domain; 2+ years of involvement in driving idea/suggestion scheme at a reputed organization
