JOB PURPOSE

Communicate and monitor Accounts Closing Calendar, Review subsidiary financials for completeness, Consolidation of financials, Implementation of BPC

Accounts Closing & Audit

1) Review of provision uploaded by SSC and take corrective action within one day 2) Analysing monthly operating expense trend PO wise and identify GL reclass entries to be booked within one day 3) Finalizing monthly balance sheet schedules and quarterly audit schedules by 5th 4) Reply on IFC audit, MAG Audit and Statutory audit observations As when required 5) Arranging documents for Audit samples As when required 6) Closure of MAG open point related AP as per agreed time. Continuous Basis 7) Support in MIS /Cost Audit/Tax Audit As when required

AOP ( GL/CC) variance analysis on month basis Monthly by15th 4) Process improvement SAP/ Non SAP Continuous Basis ASF 1) Review of ASF-Cost Centre and ensure that expenses are booked under ASF are covered in SOPs 5th 2) Prepare working for raising Debit Note/Invoice on NASFT 7th 3) Draft reply on queries or data requests from AAI/MoCA/NASFT As when required

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators Accounts Payable Hygiene 1) Ensure GRIR clearing and Custom duty clearing by following up with SSC Continuous Basis 2) Review of vendor open items (o/s advances, debit balance and year end provisions) Continuous Basis 3) Closing all POs and PRs in SAP at year end whose validity has expired Annual 4) Clearing of GLs balances Monthly basis GST reconciliation 1) Two way GST reconciling on monthly basis and follow up resolve unreconciled difference. On receipts 2) Support to compliance team in Tax/GST Audit

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators Vendor Payment processing 1) Co-ordination with SSC for timely payments MSME vendors Continuous Basis 2) Follow up with SSC for utilising funds and ensure no idle funds is left Continuous Basis 3) Ensure all utility bills gets posted and paid with in due date On due date 4) Addressing management queries on vendor outstanding on immediate basis Immediate basis 5) Preparing vendor reconciliations as and when needed As when required 6) Review of VIM reports on weekly basis for O/s vendor payments Weekly
