Design, plan, deploy, testing and Supporting Key Airport IT systems for enhancing efficiencies and reporting. Ensure creation of framework for End-to-End Solution meeting Internal/ External Customers expectations and Business Needs and requirements.
Designing of complete Airport IT systems with summary and Interfaces Integration requirements.
On-time, business outcome
Preparation & finalization of technical solution documents, RFPs of all IT systems In coordination with stakeholders.
On-time, business outcome
Project Documentation, Project Briefs, project status, end stage reports, highlight reports and business cases.
Comprehensiveness, on-time completion
Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans.Nil outages
Design Interface and review meeting, creation of ATRs and resolutions Zero defects Manage ORAT Trial and successful handing over to Operations. Success %
Preparation & readiness of technical solution documents of all IT systems and timely completion of procurement process in coordination with procurement Department. :-

Strategy and Implementation Schedule Project Management
(i) Identify Stakeholders who need to be involved.
(ii) Making project execution schedule in WBS form.
(iii) Define roles and responsibility of the resources.
(iv) Define overall project goal.
(v) Define the communication plan.
Cross Team Functional / Plan as personal development Plan and listed Project execution.Stakeholders Management: -
(i) Identify stakeholders (External/internal)
(ii) Clarify all project requirements and specifications in a written agreement to ensure their expectations are met.
To be measured upon successful handing over of the projects and received feedback.
Project Execution to support Business and operational sustenance.
(ii)To Ensure completion of preliminary detail design in coordination with consultant.
(iii) To ensure completion of detail designing in coordination with EPC vendor.
(iv) To ensure completion of procurement process timely in coordination with procurement team.
100% delivery of Projects meeting Timeline/ Budget. Creation of Project Framework to be measured by Project Progress Updates
(v) Monitor and handle day-to-day project activities.
(vi) Coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
(vii) Managing reports and necessary documentation.
(viii) Identify project Risk, issues and mitigate timely without impacting the project timelines.
(ix) To manage multiple vendors simultaneously.
(x) Successful project handing over to the operation team.
(xi) Provide regular updates to the senior management 100% delivery of Projects meeting Timeline/ Budget. Creation of Project Framework to be measured by Project Progress Updates
Project Transition management: Handover
(i) Identify team/Spoc for handing over.
(ii) Provide knowledge transfer between project team and operation team.
(iii) Documentation relating to maintenance of the product(s) or service(s) have delivered to, and accepted by, operations team.
(iv) Arrange training for an operation team against Installed Systems.
To be measured on successful handover to operation.
8-10 Years of experience in Designing, deploying, Testing of critical airport IT systems in Multiple Airports / Terminals.
