Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To have overall responsibility for the profitable, safe, smooth, secure and efficient operation and development of Airside Operations RGI Airport and directly reporting to COO

Overall accountable for the day to day smooth operations of Airside
% adherence
Ensure government mandated safety and security regulations are fully complied with the regulatory requirements andProtect and enhance options for further development of the airside infrastructure
Reduction in overall Safety Index
Percentage reduction in the number of Incidents & Accidents at the Airside
Continuous compliance of Aerodrome License throughout the year and closure of DGCA observations as specified by them
% compliance
% of observations closed as per timelines
Reduction in the 10 International flights last baggage delivery time
% improvement in last baggage delivery time
Reduction of Scope 3 emissions
% Reduction
Enhance Runway Capacity in consultation with
ATC & DGCA
Contain Bird/wildlife strikes within permissible parameters
No of incidents
Facilitate Aircraft Quick turn round by reducing turn round time

Ensure positive engagement with internal and external stakeholders to foster good relations and support for Airside operations
No of stakeholder meetings and the % of ATR s closed
Ensure all relevant legislation, policies and procedures are adhered environment control measures developed, implemented and monitored
Percentage of reduction of observations in the IMS Audits pertaining to Airside Operations

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
Preparation of AOP for Capex and Opex (3 Crs) and initiate minimum two revenue generation projects (1 cr)
Responsible for continuous flow of revenue from FEGPU utilization (10 lakhs pm) , AD/AVP cell functions (15 Lakhs pa)

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation followed with A Executive Management program with any reputated University/Institute
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
15 -20 Years of post-qualification Experience
Exposure to Aviation Industry in the capacity of middle level management.
