Head Industrial Engineering & Tool Design

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead industrial engineering initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction.
  
• Design and develop tools for manufacturing processes using CAD software (Creo) and other relevant tools.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and operational excellence practices.
  
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-20 years of experience in Industrial Engineering & Tool Design with expertise in Cost Reduction, Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, Operational Excellence.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (M.Tech).
  
• Proficiency in Creo software; knowledge of other CAD software an added advantage.
