Branch Head-Sales & Marketing

Role & responsibilities:

• Business development.
• New client onboarding & business generation of Import/ Export.
• New Business generation through existing client base.
• Visit to the clients whenever requires.
• Closely watch & to be updated with International Business domain.
• Taking care of their Team

- Taking care of training for new employees.

- Data distribution of new business prospects to all team.

- Take daily basis reporting to all team members..

- Organizing weekly session for training & weekly outcome for sales.

• Working on enquiries

- Take rates from pricing division.

- Quote charges to clients as per their requirements

• Chasing the clients to get nomination from Consignee.

- Set reminder calls to follow-up with them.

- Try to get appointment from Consignee & arrange meeting to send our Marketing Managers to know exact their requirements

• After got nomination from Consignee

- Make sure that Consignee getting regular status updating of their shipments until their shipment get closed.

Take feedback from customers after shipment get closed & provision for future business.

Preferred candidate profile:

5-10 years of work experience in Freight Forwarding in Sales & marketing.

• Sales Co-ordination.
• Ability to quote import rates and convert enquires into firm business.
• Retain client and develop team under him.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Working experience in logistics field/Freight Forwarding & Sales & marketing with 8-15 years.
