Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  
• Create high-quality content (text posts, images, videos) for various audiences using Canva and other design tools.
  
• Manage online reputation by monitoring reviews on social media sites and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, HR) to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  
• Proficiency in creating engaging content for various formats (text posts, images, videos).
  
• Strong understanding of social media handling best practices and etiquette.
  
• Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Hootsuite) is an asset.
