Requirements

• Any Tech Graduate, B.E. / B.Tech MCA
• Preferred experience with Linux/UNIX production environments
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Team player, Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• You love digging into technically complex problems to troubleshoot and figure out a solution
• Good time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Responsibilities

• Resolve team s technical issues and be ready to be handson whenever required
• Set clear team goals and KPIs (S.M.A.R.T. goals)
• Delegate tasks and set project deadlines
• Do regular performance evaluation
• Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
• Motivate team members
• Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
