Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Data Science Trainer to join our team. This role involves delivering impactful training programs on data science topics, including foundational and advanced concepts like machine learning, data analysis, and artificial intelligence. The trainer will also develop course materials, mentor learners, and ensure participants gain practical, industry-relevant skills in data science.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

• Conduct interactive training sessions on data analysis, machine learning, statistics, data visualization, and deep learning.
• Deliver both in-person and virtual sessions tailored to varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners.

Curriculum Development:

• Create and update training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, coding exercises, and case studies.
• Design hands-on projects using Python, R, SQL, and other data science tools.

Assessment and Feedback:

• Evaluate learners through quizzes, projects, and assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback and additional resources to support learner growth.

Mentoring and Support:

• Offer one-on-one guidance and mentorship to address student queries and challenges.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Any graduate.
• Experience:2-5 years of professional experience in data science, including hands-on work with data analysis, machine learning, and large datasets. Previous experience in training, teaching, or mentoring in data science is highly preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, machine learning algorithms, and model evaluation techniques. Proficiency in tools like Python, R, SQL, and data visualization libraries.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
