Job Summary

Web Neural Infotech is looking for an experienced Data Science Trainer to deliver comprehensive and effective training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science concepts, methodologies, and tools, and will be responsible for teaching individuals and teams the latest techniques in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs on Data Science concepts, tools, and techniques, including Python , R , SQL , Machine Learning , and Statistical Modeling .

Develop training materials, including slide decks, hands-on exercises, assignments, and case studies to support the learning process.

Teach key data science concepts such as data exploration, data wrangling, feature engineering, and predictive modeling.

Help participants understand how to implement machine learning algorithms and evaluate model performance.

Provide guidance on using data science libraries and frameworks like Pandas , NumPy , SciKit-Learn , TensorFlow , and others.

Use real-world case studies to teach students how to approach business problems with data-driven insights.

Assess students understanding and provide personalized feedback to help them improve.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science to ensure that the training material is relevant and cutting-edge.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proficiency in Data Science with hands-on experience in Python , R , and SQL for data analysis and manipulation.

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms , statistical modeling , and data preprocessing techniques.

Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as SciKit-Learn , TensorFlow , Keras , Pandas , and NumPy .

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms.

Ability to create a structured, engaging, and interactive learning experience for trainees.

Experience in delivering training or mentoring in a formal setting, such as classrooms or corporate training environments.

Knowledge of data visualization tools (e. g. , Matplotlib , Seaborn , Tableau ) is a plus.

Familiarity with Big Data technologies and platforms (e. g. , Hadoop , Spark ) is a plus.

Qualification & Experience Required

Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience Level: Open to freshers with strong technical knowledge, and experienced candidates with prior training experience.

Proven experience working on data science projects and using machine learning algorithms in a practical setting.

Experience with corporate or educational training is preferred.
