Talent Acquisition And University Relations

We are currently looking to hire HR Interns for the Talent Acquisition team with a focus on University Relations and Campus Hiring.

Role: HR Intern - Talent Acquisition (University Relations and Campus Hiring)
Location: Mumbai
Duration: 6 Months
Reporting to: Ops Manager Talent Acquisition and Client Relations Lead

Responsibilities:

• Build connections with different colleges and universities by establishing strong coordination.
• Develop relationships with TPOs and Department Heads to facilitate campus hiring opportunities.
• Secure opportunities to host campus hiring events.
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for campus hiring programs.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance campus presence.
• Maintain recruitment data and provide regular reports on hiring progress.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely with diligence and self-discipline.
• Must be willing to meet college SPOCs in person and be on campus during hiring events.
