Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Center Manager to oversee the operations and performance of our center in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will manage daily activities, lead a team, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain a high standard of service delivery to meet organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Center Operations:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.
    • Manage budgets, resources, and infrastructure to optimize efficiency.

Team Leadership:

    • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff, including trainers, support staff, and coordinators.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and improvements.

Service Delivery:

    • Ensure high-quality delivery of training and services offered at the center.
    • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, trainees, and partners.
    • Address feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational standards.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on center performance, challenges, and achievements to senior management.

Strategic Planning:

    • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of the centers offerings.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the centers reputation and reach.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  4. Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  5. Familiarity with training or educational center operations is preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
