Job Title: Placement Lead - CSR Project
Location: Govandi, Mumbai
Employment Type: 1 year Contract which will extend.
Experience Required: 5+ years in Placement/Recruitment/CSR-related roles

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Placement Lead to spearhead placement initiatives for our CSR project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that trained candidates are successfully placed in relevant roles across industries, building strong partnerships with employers, and contributing to the overall success of the CSR project.

Key Responsibilities:

Placement Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive placement strategy for candidates trained under the CSR initiative.
• Monitor placement goals and ensure achievement of defined targets.

Employer Partnerships:

• Build and maintain relationships with companies across various industries.
• Identify employment opportunities that align with candidates' training and skills.

Candidate Support:

• Guide and mentor candidates through the placement process, including resume preparation, interview coaching, and soft skills enhancement.
• Address candidates' concerns and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Collaborate with training teams to align placement activities with candidate readiness.
• Prepare and share regular reports on placement progress, challenges, and achievements with stakeholders.

Market Research and Networking:

• Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands to identify new placement opportunities.
• Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and CSR forums to expand placement networks.

Key Skills and Competencies:

1. Proven experience in placement/recruitment or similar roles, preferably in CSR projects.
2. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to analyze data and prepare actionable reports.
5. Familiarity with industries hiring entry-level and mid-level candidates.
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
