Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery (Telecalling)
• Monitor and validate tele-calling data to meet SLAs.
• Ensure tele-callers make 200 calls daily and achieve conversion targets.
2. Project Delivery (Mentoring)
• Mentor 2,970 students monthly.
• Manage client expectations with zero escalations.
3. Team Management
• Drive team performance and identify leadership potential.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of targets.
4. Quality Assurance
• Conduct daily call audits to maintain quality standards.
5. Testimonial Management
• Format and deliver 50 accurate testimonials monthly.
